Bay Glass & Window is located in St. Petersburg, FL and has been serving the Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties since 2003. We hold a Class A General Contractors License, and all required insurance and perform all work in house. All of our installers are company employees and are covered by workmans comp insurance in both commercial and residential impact rated glazing products, including windows, doors, storefront and curtain walls, and a variety of hurricane shutters. Meet The Staff

Warren “Beau” Bourgeois
Beau is a native Floridian and was one of the original co-founders of Bay Construction Services, Inc., in 2003. By 2005, Beau was the sole owner of BCSI, and later changed the company’s name to Bay Glass & Window, Inc., since the company’s sole focus was windows and doors. Since it’s founding, Beau has worked tirelessly to build the company’s reputation as the premier window and door supplier in the bay area.

Brennen – Co-Owner

Brennen received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida. He is a registered engineer in the State of Florida, and previously spent time working in Georgia, Kansas and Texas as a bridge engineer, before returning to Florida to join Bay Glass & Window. In his current role, Brennen oversees residential sales and provides engineering support for complex projects. In his free time, Brennen enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Bob has been a resident of the bay area for the last 50 years. Bob has been involved in the glazing industry for the past 15 years, and specializes in storefront and curtain wall glass systems. In his free time, Bob enjoys hiking, as well as spending time with family and his two rescue dogs.

Adam Witbeck – Vice President of Operations

Adam was born and raised in Michigan and moved to the bay area in 2002 to pursue a career in the construction industry. Adam joined Bay Glass & Window in 2005 as a Glazier 1, and worked his way up to a lead installer. Adam now serves as the VP of Operations, overseeing installation crews to ensure that every installation meets the Bay Glass & Window standard for quality. In his free time, Adam enjoys fishing, hunting, and all things outdoors.

Joanna Iredell – Director of Human Resources

Joanna was born and raised in the northeast and started her career in Marketing and Public Relations with CBS in New York City. Following CBS, Joanna served as a Marketing Services Manager with the Singer Sewing Company at their Edison, NJ headquarters. 20 years ago, Joanna moved to the bay area to join the construction industry in various capacities, prior to joining Bay Glass & Window in 2011. In her free time, Joanna enjoys cooking, fitness and decorative painting.

Holly Vidas – Accounting

Holly was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and relocated to Chicago, Illinois, for college in 2016 before returning to Florida in 2017. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in December 2023. Holly has been with Bay Glass & Window since 2020, starting as an Administrative Assistant and progressing to Accountant. She balances her professional career with personal interests such as spending time with her mom, paddle boarding, ice skating, and hanging out with close friends.

Kimberly Panek – Customer Relations Coordinator

Kimberly was born and raised in Maryland, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology Administration. She recently moved to Florida to enjoy the year-round sunshine. Kimberly joined Bay Glass & Window in May of this year as the Customer Relations Coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys to workout, go to the beach, and spend time with family.

Amos Phillips – Residential Project Manager

Amos was born and raised in St Petersburg, FL. He is a Florida native. Amos Joined the Bay Glass and Window team as an installer in 2018 and worked his way up to become a lead installer.

Amos is now our Pre-Production Manager, overseeing the front end of our projects and preparing the installers for each project. Prior to joining the Bay Glass family, Amos has worked in various fields of the construction industry. In his free time, Amos enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Moshe Gershuny – VP Sales & Marketing

Since moving to the bay area 38 years ago, Moshe has been involved in the hurricane protection business – high impact windows, doors, and hurricane shutters. He holds a specialty glazing contractor license and concentrate mainly on the estimating and sales of our product offering. In his free time Moshe enjoys bicycling, playing paddle ball, and spending time with family.

Heath is born and raised in Tampa Bay, Florida and has been in the SEO and marketing field since 2008. He joined the Bay Glass team in 2019 and focuses primarily on online and social media marketing. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife & kids and fishing our great waters of St. Petersurg, FL.

Peter – Sales Manager

Peter has resided in the Hillsborough/Pinellas County area for over 26 years. His education and skills in interpersonal/communication have led him to many opportunities in his career. His successful expertise in sales and professional management positions warrant in large scale construction environments. He’s delighted and grateful to be part of the Bay Glass & Window team since 2020. Peter is a family man who is fond of family gatherings with 12 grandchildren and counting. He enjoys the outdoors, camping and a good book during his time off.

Products & Services

Our scope of services includes the supply and installation of windows for residential and commercial projects, both new construction as well as retro fit. In addition, for commercial projects we supply and install storefront, curtain wall and interior glass wall systems.
